CAPP OS
Exceptional work.
An operation to match.
From the first quote to the final invoice.
Your crews, your clients, your next move. Connected.
Routes, appointments and return visits.
Scope, photos and the details that matter.
Approved work through final billing.
The whole operation.
Finally in view.
Mowing follows a route. Fertilization follows a season. Projects follow their own pace. Each has a place here, without a different system to learn.
A route is not an appointment.
Keep route-order stops alongside time-specific work. See each crew's day, find an opening, and schedule return visits without moving the original job.
- Solo and multi-crew views
- Day, week, and month schedules
- Separate crews and dates for project visits

Good work deserves
a better handoff.
Walk through a sample project. See how the client's choices become the crew's scope, and how completed work becomes an invoice.

Your reputation.
Right on the page.
From a one-line quote to a detailed landscape proposal. Your identity, your scope, your standards, before a client ever meets the crew.

A few things worth knowing.
Is this for a solo operator or a business with crews?
Both. Solo scheduling keeps your own route in focus. Crew views show assignments, capacity, and separate schedules as your team grows.
Can mowing stay in route order instead of fixed times?
Yes. Route-order work lives alongside timed appointments. You can plan stops in sequence without giving every lawn an artificial appointment time.
Can I keep my company's branding?
Yes. Upload your logo, choose document colors and typography, and customize messages, terms, payment instructions, and fields. Review a client's estimate before sending it.
What can employees see?
Employees have a field workspace for their assigned work. Owners control additional access, such as scheduling or estimates. Private business information is not part of the default crew workflow.
Can I run work from my phone?
The browser workspace has mobile layouts for scheduling, client records, estimates, invoices, and field work. No App Store download is required to use the web workspace.
Is public signup open?
Access is currently by invitation while we onboard our first businesses. Public self-service signup is not open yet. Our planned offer is a 14-day trial, followed by a $129.99 monthly subscription. Payment processing and any usage-based services will be disclosed separately before purchase.
